We really hope you are happy with your Taylor & Gray purchases, however if you need to return a product here is a simple guide:
Damaged or Faulty Goods:
If your products are faulty or damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and we will resolve it for you. Email hello@taylorandgray.ie with your order number and details as well as photographs.
Returns (refunds and exchanges):
EU law allows 14 days for you to tell us you want to return an item, and a further 14 days to get the item back to us.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it in
- In the original packaging
- Returned with any accessories
