Returns Policy

We really hope you are happy with your Taylor & Gray purchases, however if you need to return a product here is a simple guide:

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

If your products are faulty or damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and we will resolve it for you. Email hello@taylorandgray.ie with your order number and details as well as photographs.

Returns (refunds and exchanges):

EU law allows 14 days for you to tell us you want to return an item, and a further 14 days to get the item back to us.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be:

• Unused
• In the same condition that you received it in
• In the original packaging
• Returned with any accessories

To complete your refund or exchange, please email returns@taylorandgray.ie.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the item is accepted for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
